Sandy is a Chartered Psychologist who works with individuals, couples, families and groups. Sandy’s working career is varied and includes working with organisations such as the NHS, Voluntary Organisations, Granada TV, Radio stations and many other Private Companies, she also has a private practice. Her work involves one to one therapeutic work as well as implementing training to other professionals or students.

Sandy specialises in combining a number of therapeutic approaches to produce rapid and powerful change for a host of conditions that may include self-esteem, depression and phobias. She is also renowned for her work in Anger Management as a trainer and also as a clinician.

Thousands of clients have successfully worked with Sandy, they have overcome various issues that were holding them back psychologically, and most of this work has been completed in weeks rather than years.

Sandy is a chartered member of the British Psychological Society (BPS), the Division of Counselling Psychology and is registered and regulated by the HCPC.

Ron is an experienced Personal Life Coach, with a particular interest in motivating people to change their life to achieve their dream, with the least amount of disruption.

Ron was a career Army Officer, with excellent motivational and team building skills. He has trained with the Life Coach Academy and he uses this vast experience and skills to help you change your life by setting personal goals and planning to achieve them.

He has worked with people who wanted to change their career, their work/lifestyle balance, financial problems and relationship problems. He has coached people with burn-out issues and people who wish to return to work following a career break, in particular he can help with the production of your CV and preparing for interviews.

Following his army career, Ron moved into the private sector, successfully turning around a medium-sized business in a short space of time. He has also worked with other small and large businesses to help them with business planning, team building, restoring efficiency and conflict resolution. He has also helped to provide managers/directors with a deeper understanding of their people and organisations. He is a HR specialist with particular skills in recruitment and selection, environmental health and restoring efficiency.

In whatever field – corporate, small business or personal – Ron will help you to find focus to enable you to select the right path to take you to your goals.

Christine is a clinical hypnotherapist and an accredited counsellor, who works with a wide range of client groups, including individuals, couples and group work.

Christine works at Healthy Minds in an integrative way, using the best therapeutic interventions for the client. Christine has taught counselling skills and has run various group courses, including Stress Management and Anger Management. She works with a wide range of issues and clients often feel a significant difference in a considerably short time.”

Christine is a member of the British Association of Counselling Practitioners (BACP) (Senior Accredited).  UKRCP. Dip CBT. Advanced Diploma in counselling CIPD . PG Supervision Course.










Kate is a certified Clinical Hypnotherapist who helps individuals overcome whatever it is that is preventing them from living a fulfilled and happy life. She uses a blend of hypnotherapy, coaching, Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) that is tailored to the individuals’ specific needs. She has successfully helped many people overcome a range of issues including phobias, low self esteem, anxiety, habits and addictions.

Specialising in pre-natal support, Kate runs a one day Hypnobirth class at Healthy Minds that helps expectant parents feel confident and calm about childbirth. Hypnobirth techniques have been shown to help women experience less pain, reduced labour time and reduced chances of intervention.

Kate is a member of the Professional Guild of NLP, British Institute of Hypnotherapy and NLP and Complimentary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNCH).






Angela is a Psychotherapeutic Counsellor who works at Healthy Minds with individuals, couples, families and groups. Angela’s working career has included working within an organisation and taking referrals from GPs.

Angela is experienced in a number of therapeutic approaches including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy.  Angela has enabled many clients to have a more fulfilling life, both in their personal and working life.

Angela has particular experience of working with OCD, Eating Disorders, Anxiety, Panic Attacks, Phobias, Depression and Bereavement.

Angela is a member of the British Association of Counselling Practitioners (BACP).
